Baking and cooking from scratch have always been a true passion of mine. There's something deeply satisfying about taking simple, raw ingredients and turning them into something delicious and fulfilling. The process of measuring, mixing, and kneading flour, sugar, and spices into a homemade creation connects me to a tradition of craftsmanship and creativity. I love the ability to experiment with flavours, and there's a unique joy in knowing that everything on the plate or in the oven has been made with my own hands. The sense of accomplishment when I see others enjoying the food I've made is what keeps me coming back to the kitchen again and again.
